MTC WARRANDYTE AND OUR INSTRUCTORS
Melbourne Taekwondo Centre Warrandyte is a family orientated and family run club. It was founded in 2019, by Marilyn and Andre Thaisen. We have both been coaching for many years under our instructors Grand Masters Greg and Bronwyn Butterworth, who in 2023 retired from running the Doncaster branch of MTC. We now run the Doncaster branch in addition to Warrandyte. We have experience in all aspects of Taekwondo, including traditional, self-defence, competition and demonstration.
Andre has been a coach for the Victorian State Poomsae Team, judged at state and national events in Poomsae, and competed at national and international events in Poomsae representing Australia, including winning the national championships.
Marilyn has judged at state and national events in Poomsae, state events in Sparring, and competed at national events in Poomsae.
